Shellee

Shellee is a poet and lyricist who made a splash with “Dev D’s” enormous success. Shellee comes up with the most nuanced and culturally diverse set of lyrics ranging from the pop songs ‘Chitta Ve’ in Udta Punjab to the Coke Studio’s famous Rajasthani folk ballad inspired – ‘Chaudhary’. His recent song from the movie Pippa ‘Main Parwaana’ was also a commercial success.

The songs he wrote for the films Jersey and Jogi are among his most recent creations. Over the years, he has contributed lyrics to numerous Hindi film songs including Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana, Shahid, Jugni, Udta Punjab, Phillauri, Lust Stories, Veere Di Wedding, and Manmarziyan, among many more.
