gagan damama bajyo

Written and directed by actor-playright-poet Piyush Mishra in 1994, Gagan Damama Bajyo is a musical play that showcases the inspiring life story of one of India’s most celebrated freedom fighters and revolutionaries, Shaheed Bhagat Singh. It has the power to transport the listeners to the era of revolution. Hearing him talk about going to his grave happily for his country as his family deals with their personal loss is an experience that will stay with listeners for a long time.

Tamboostaan is a celebration of life, an event that celebrates art and artists. It’s certainly not any other artsy event. It’s a vibe, an intimate experience and a feeling of being alive. An evening filled with poetry, music, stories, and conversations; where performances are candid and comforting, and the audience is as much part of the show as the artists.
